Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail depending on weight and package size to the United States including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and APO Orders unless otherwise specified. If you need items faster than our standard options, please call or e-mail us as to your other shipping options.
If your package is under 30 pds. 3 day priority mail at a standard fee of $6.88 will be your shipping cost.
***For all orders over $75, shipping is free

Back Orders

In the rare event an item you have ordered is backordered, your other items if any will be shipped on time with te out of stock item sent as soon as possible, free of shipping.  YOu will be notified if items are out of stock and when their anticipated shipping time will be. 

Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Herbalogie.  In the event, that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace the item, or provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 14 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.

To replace or return an item,
you may either phone our customer support staff at 702.683.3346or send an e-mail message to our customer support at orders@herbalogie.com Subject: Return.
Please include your name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to replace or return. 

As follow up we will e-mail you instructions on replacing or returning your item. We request that items be returned via insured US mail or shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx Ground).
